what type of pimple is this?

what type of pimple is this?
i've never had one like this before and it's awful!
-it looks like i fell and bumped my head kind of bump on my forehead.
-it doesn't have any head kind of thing like other pimples do.
-it looks like a pimple would when it first starts out only it's much much bigger.
& how do i get rid of this thing?it hurts.

It's called a cyst.It will go away in time, it's just concentrated stress that comes out like that.Don't scratch it, don't touch it, just dab it with some rubbing alcohol and wait for it to go down.Don't worry about it, it's fine (:Answer by AlyssaCystic acne...they can take months to go away and are very painful!Sunlight is the best cure, do NOT squeeze it whatever you do or the pus spreads under the skin and causes more cysts!You can go to the dermatologist for a liquid nitrogen trmt but that's about it :(
