Most helpful customer reviews 119 of 121 people found the following review helpful.Too good to be true - but it's true!A customer I ordered this book for three reasons: Because I have a course in the college-level power, I am appalled at how terrible the diet for many of us really are.Plus I am something of a fitness nut.Finally, I am a "foodie" who enjoys cooking and eating delicious "gourmet quality" food also contains high-quality diet.This is the diet book that the U.S.has been waiting for, but too few people seem to know - yet.It is scientifically correct and the conclusions of the authors are sound.It is proof that eating for health and fitness need not be boring.Yes, the day after I received the book, mango / black bean salad I made with rave reviews and no leftovers.The message is not new: We have fruits, vegetables and wh*le grains increase in our diets, red meat and reduce sodium, and sweets.Even if the target is those with hypertension, almost everyone can benefit from accepting the challenge of the book to try the DASH diet for two weeks - and for life, the authors go beyond science and present imaginative recipes and menu is a strength of the final goodbye book.A authors of this book early!75 of 77 people found this review helpful.Excellent This diet works chosen by the customer, and is completely satisfying and delicious.I'm so glad I went for it.I have extremely high pressure - so much I will always have to take medication for it.I wanted to go on this diet, simply because I thought it would be a really healthy way to lose a few pounds.I honestly did not expect to lower your blood pressure.Well, I was very surprised to see that he did!After two weeks my blood pressure dropped by about 12 points at the top and 5 points down in a uniform manner.It's really great!I was even able to reduce my dosage a little bit I found this way to eat enormously.For those who want to eat healthy, this is a great way to start.This is the most scientifically substantiated and most endorsed eating plan out there.It is like the most sensible diet plans, with a little milk and a little less meat.It is very easy to follow.I can only say, Congratulations and thank the team behind it.48 of 51 people found the following review helpful.DASH Diet Helper has helped me a high blood pressure have been fighting for years, I started reading books about my problem in an attempt to do what my doctors had failed to achieve - to monitor my blood pressure without drugs.I have two books, the DASH diet by Thomas Moore and heart disease not by Lou Ignarro.I met the dietary recommendations were similar in both books, which made me more comfortable.The simple nutritional recommendations by both Dr.Moore and Dr.Ignarro was easy to add to my daily diet.What I can tell you is that, with the help of these two books I brought my blood pressure range up to almost "normal" for the first time in years - without medication!See all 31 customer reviews ....
