ER story

ER story

well, i just got home from the hospital.i had wh*le body chills and a whopping temperature of 39.8 before i decided to tell my parents that i feel sick, and that’s the time they brought me to the hospital

when we arrived the hospital, the guard told us that there are no consultation that time because it’s sunday and the only way to check me up was the Emergency Room.

well it was a creepy and at the same time cool experience.it’s the first time i stayed in the ER but i got all creeeps when an old man was quickly admitted to the ER and nurses and doctors everywhere prepared for a life saving techniques and such.i eavesdropped on the situation because i was at the bed next to the old man, and i heard that he was fed lying down which made all the food go to his baga.

then i heard the doctor say that he needs to be transferred to the ICU because he was having a hard time breathing and his blood pressure is really low, so his state, as the doctor told the family was critical.

i hear cries, the daughter begged his father to stay strong and fight what he’s going through.

well while that was happening, i was crying because the doctor advised me to have my CBC count checked and urinalysis.well, god i’m scared of syringes and needles.it’s ironic because i want to be a doctor but i don’t want needles and syringes.sakin lang naman kasi i rarely get in touch with those pointy thingies.i’mma show the picture next time ;)

the doctor who checked up on me was really nice.he asked me where i was studying and what course.he gave me some advice if i’m going to pursue taking up medicine and such :) it’s a bad thing i forgot to ask him where he took up his med proper so i could consider that on my future plans :)

btw, his name is Dr.Luy, i feel he’s very effeminate but such a nice, accomodating and light doctor :)
